As a community we will simply drop into yoga and our bodies, developing our check-in skills, in an educational and fun setting with like-minded individuals.

My goal is to bring wellness to all socio-economic statuses, because I believe health should be accessible & affordable to everybody.

These classes are created around choice to empower and support you.

You get to decide how deep you take your practice & what shapes suits your body type, you get to experiment with your edge which will be dependent on your personal comfort levels, all with my support & guidance.

Shapes will be differentiated to suit your individual needs.
