Yoga has been part of my journey for 29 years and my classes are trauma informed and suit all body types, race, dis/abilities. I have work for the Department of Education for more then a decade and have been fortunate enough to be able to weave my education knowledge, yoga philosophy knowledge and my personal yoga history experiences all together, creating a purposeful tapestry, which allow me to be of service to the community.

My purpose for all things yoga, educational and supporting other humans is very rewarding & purpose driven.

Opening an affordable community Yoga & Ceramics studio, is an extension of my personality and represents the life I have created.
